All services provided by Potomac Nova Inc. are for beauty, wellness, and educational purposes only. Services are not medical, therapeutic, or healthcare treatments and are not intended to replace licensed medical care.

3. APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKINGS
All appointments are subject to availability. By booking a service, you agree to the scheduling, cancellation, deposit, and payment policies in effect at the time of booking.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Deposits for special services are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the stated cancellation window.

Product refunds are only available for unopened and unused items returned within 7 to 14 days of purchase, depending on the product, with proof of purchase. Opened or used beauty and wellness products are not eligible for refunds.

6. PRODUCT SALES
All product sales are subject to availability. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.

7. NO WARRANTIES
Potomac Nova Inc. does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. All services and products are provided “as is.”

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potomac Nova Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health, allergy, and personal information. Potomac Nova Inc. is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare recommendations.
